  1. 50th wedding anniversary gifts

  2. After that much time as a couple I am sure they have many cherished memories captured by camera - as photos. You could turn some of those memories into very unique and classical-looking paintings done by the creative and professional artists at http://www.paintyourlife.com

they have many great gift ideas in the form of portraits from photos or pictures. Check them out for yourself! The same company also makes wonderful photo prints on canvas in various designs. Visit http://www.photo-print-on-canvas.com

  3. How about what I did for my parents, we made a memory book. We had all their old friends send in old photos and write a short memory down. We also had the white house send a letter. Each child and granchild also did a page.

  4. I think you should give them something memorable from the heart. Custom handmade figurine is a unique gift for everyone!

I would highly recommend you visit http://aweddinggiftidea.com

Their professional artists will make a wonderful figurine of them. I sent them my favorite pictures of my boyfriend and they made incredible "mini-me". That was awesome! My boyfriend was very, very touched and pleased when I gave it to him as anniversary gift.

  5. the 50th anniversary is Gold

and the flowers are yellow roses and violets

so maybe a gold center piece bowel and you can fill it up with 50 cent pieces, you can go to the bank to exchange money.

or a gold photo frame and get a photo of them on thier anniversary to put in it

  6. Hi,

If they are really sentimental, then maybe something embroidered with their names & wedding date would be nice.  A beautiful afghan would be a nice idea, and something they could display all the time.

Or,  maybe a Family Tree Afghan - it is an afghan that can be  embroidered with the family name, parents names, kids names, etc...

If they are sentimental, it might be something they would reall like.  Here is a link to some:
