I think most people interact with each other every day with no issues. The fact is that you and I and the person in the car next to you has no issues with race or religion. The day came along time ago when most people just interact and get along. The divisive forces in our country are the old school race baiters such as Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton. Jessie was busted using the "N" word on Fox news and proved to the world he is probably the guy who needs some updating.

I dont worry that much about race or religion issues today. I go to work and interact with people of all races and faiths as do millons of others.

We all know the politicians and political figureheads dont speak for us, WE SPEAK FOR US. While it may be huge ratings to put a random act of racism on t.v., the truth is, it wouldnt be news if it was an every day occurance.

Can You?? Im very sure lots of people are suffering and frustrated with the present ruling party its had surpress us and lied to the people for as long as 50 years ago...some of us loose the rights due to greedy politician....!!! Playing on sentiments of the weak ones....!!!

Honestly gone are the days were my father ...my grand father could sit down and put his leg up on the chair and have a coffee with friends of different races and are sincere with one another ...TODAY ..???? Sad story cannot be seen drinking with so and so bad for " IMAGE" & NO RESPECT to so and so.....!!! Guess who has corrupt our minds ...???

Finally what commonalities to share everthing is so so bloody expensive to share....??? Its a dog eat dog world....quite SELFISH already.....!!!

Change the leader perhaps the next one could be more open to see the real picture....so even if its 51 or 52 or 53  nothing changes

We can & we need to start by removing all the politicians who play the race card. They are nothing but a**holes that use racial issues to strengthen their hold on the country & ultimately killing it.

Personally, they should all be lined up & shot.

It's up to us Malaysians that love the country to make it work. The keyword being MALAYSIAN...not Malay, Chinese or Indian....MALAYSIAN.

If it's Malaysia you are refering to,...then:

WE can...the problem is that the government do not like it, and is always putting obstacles in the way...go to the remote villages or to Sabah,where the central government do not have so great an influence...there is much more racial harmony...
