55M Hurdles.....?

My daughter is 13 and placed first with a time of 11.1 - is this time good, average or what? Track is new to us so we have no idea..... Thanks :)

I am 13 also. I run 55h  for RH New York. Your daughter is off to a good start I guess..  I get about 9.8s on advrage, tell her to keep working. Hurdles are not easy.

yes actually for her age its really good my cousin is a boy and he runs the 110 hurdles and he runs like a 14 flat he is amazing

yea i guess cuz i run 100 meter hurdles and get 19.4

omg if she is 13 and she is a girl that is an incredible time i run track and i can do the 55hurdles in 8.08 but since she is agirl that is amazing.
