I am a 58 year old man, fairly good stamina from regular hiking, but not much muscle strength. I'm wanting to box both for exercise but also for the excitement of sparring and, eventually, matches. I think I would enjoy that immensely. Any specific tips would be appreciated, also any success stories you might have, particularly from boxers who started at an older age and are enjoying the sport in middle or old age.
