Question:

5k Training training schedule

I am 240lbs, ex sprinter/football player. I want to start running 5k's. In the beginning what should my splits be, and where can I find a schedule for training.

I am aggressive when it comes to training, I am thinking of running for the local Turkey Trot or in December.

  2. ok first i would suggest doing long runs for a while and get in shape and have endurance...after that stay intact with your speed with striders(100 meter sprints) and do work outs like 12 400's or do your school practices
