5k ????????

i ran a 19:42 5k once and i never found out my splits, do you think i would be running under 6 a mile?

maybe your first mile was, but none of the others

Go out to a track and time yourself at the mile. I'm afraid that's the only way to find out...

i think you would probaly run around a 6:10-15
