5th month .can i sleep on my belly n back

i am very comfortable sleeping on my back and also on belly but here n there ,i heard both these positions r nt safe ..i would think if it is not so safe ur body would let u know it ..but may be i am wrong ..forgot to ask my doctr abt this .do doctors suggest not to sleep in thoses positions ?

iam ok sleeping on my right or left using a support pillow but to sleep like that alwaysssss is kind of inconvinient.

  1. no, you can sleep on your side, I know it is uncomforable , use pilliows like I do, or get you a maternity pillow. good luck


  2. I definitely wouldn't sleep on your belly for obvious reasons. You're still ok to sleep on your back, but not for long. In about another month or so, you should only be sleeping on your side. By about 6 months pregnant your uterus is very heavy and could prevent oxygen from getting to your baby if you laid on your back for a long amount of time. Be pro-active and start sleeping on your side with a lot of pillows! Good luck!
