  1. probably middle if you are a good hitter

  2. Middle Hitter and Middle Hitter.

  3. Depending on the height and skill of your teammates. If you are a good blocker and fast them most likely middle blocker. If you are a good blocker and slower with decent setting skills then right side. And if you are a good passer then outside. It depends how far ahead they are looking at your potential. Also it depends how effective of a hitter you are and you teams passing potential. If your team doesn't pass well and you are a great hitter they might avoid putting you in the mddle. However if your team can pass well then they can put you anywhere. Like I said depends on who is on the team besides you. I was also a tall freshmen and was put on JV with alot of other tall girls and so i was put at outside not middle blocker like i might have been.

  4. You will probably be put as a Middle Blocker. Make sure you still learn to be a good passer...that way you can play opposite or Outside too. When you get to higher levels girls will be taller and you may not play MB anymore, but because you are only a fres. your coach probably wont even give you a chance at another position. I was a 6'3 freshman, and now im almost 6'4 and the only possition ive played is middle...but some college coaches wanted me to play opposite.

  5. You will likely be put as a middle or outside hitter. Probably middle.

It's hard to say when I just know your height, but a lot of coaches just put tall people in middle blockers.

  6. most likely middle if you are not even a freshman yet! Maybe outside, but if your left handed rightside, if not most likely middle.

  7. I would start you as a middle blocker, hitting some 2's and slides, before I give you a try to hit 1-ball.

Eventually you may X with OH, and hit from the back row...

I am assuming that you are the girl at 14 with bright future, and the determination.

  8. you will be a middle because of your height. but it depends on how good you are

  9. 6'0 trying for freshman volleyball!? Lucky girl, you'll probably get put on more than freshman. My guess would be if your coordination is pretty good as well as timing you'd be a middle hitter or an outside hitter, but most 6 footers tend to be middles. If you're just decent in your timing and coordination (need some work) maybe you'll be more of a middle blocker OR a right side hitter. I know a right side hitter in college that is well over 6'0 and she is the best secret weapon because people assume right sides aren't as strong but she brings the heat. Backrow would not be for you, since you're tall and not as close to the ground. Good luck, at 6'0 even if you never touched the floor you'd be intimidation more than you can imagine. :)

  10. heey!

im in eigth grade too! :)

you will prolly be a middle hitter/blocker!

or anywhere in the front row; most likely.

unless you are amazing at back row defense.

but i am guessing middle hitter/blocker since you will be if not the tallest; one of the tallest players on your team/

  11. You will most likely be a front row player.

    Middles:

    1 Have large hands

2 Aren't the best back row players ever

    3 The best blockers

4 Hits are usually shorter and faster rather than long and slow

5 Can read the setter well

    Left Side:

1 Usually are the second most powerful hitter on the team, behind back row hitters

2 Can play all the way around

    3 Can short pass well

    Right Side:

    1 Have large hands

2 May or may not be able to play back as well as front

3 Second best blockers behind middles

    4 Are adequate setters

5 Hits are usually longer and harder rather than short and fast (If playing all around, they may be used as a back row hitter also)

  12. most likely you will play middle blocker or outside hitter.  The best position for you would probably be middle blocker, because if you play club you will most likely be the middle of the team.

  13. Power or middle

  14. Most likely middle unless you're slow.

I'm 5'11 and I play middle and it is definetaly the most fun position because you have so many different oppistions for hits. You also take a majority of the blocks.

    Good luck! =]

  15. Hitter most likely because you'll be able to jump to the net's height.
