6 Days late. 2 Pregnancy tests..Both had VERY faint lines?

Question

I went off the pill last month and I had my last period on the 23rd of july so my next period was due on the 20th of august....its now the 26th and still no period. I took two pregnancy tests..one lastnight and one this morning and they both came up with 2 lines but one is REALLLY REALLLY faint barely noticble, i can only see it in normal daylight.

Has anything similar happened to anyone???

Sound like you caught your pregnancy early. Follow up with a blood test from your OB's office.

The other time that faint lines on the test  happened to me when I lost a pregnancy in my 3rd month.

With pregnancy tests, a line is a line is a line, even a faint line is a line -- so this means you're pregnant! Congrats (assuming you went of BC to try to get pregnant)! Call your doc to confirm with a blood test.

Congrats, you are pregnant.  That happened to my friend.  Go to the doc for a test if you want to be 100% or buy the test that says pregnant/not pregnant.  I bought it for my friend and sure enough it said pregnant.

A faint positive is still a positive from what I've heard. One of my lines were barely there but I could see it and that's all that counted because now I'm 5 months pregnant.  I'd say go to the doctor to get a blood test or else take another test in a couple days, maybe try a more expensive brand. This happened to me and at the time i thought i had to be quite noticeable to be pregnant!!!! I was pregnant!! I could barley see the line but the line was still there she is now 1 yr old!!! Congrats.

call your doctor and tell them you took a pregnancy test and it was positive and you wanna confirm it. if you dont wanna go to the docs then take another test

A line is a line, dear. Congrats. I had a pretty faint line myself. I knew it was a line but I wanted to be sure so I took a digital. If it makes you feel better, take one. :) It'll say "Pregnant", I promise.

it doesn't matter faint or strong two pregnancy test with them means your pregnant. Make a doctor appointment and enjoy pregnancy!
