6 UPS RANDOMLY BEEPING

I HAVE SIX UPS ONLINE AND A COUPLE TIMES A DAY THEY ALL RANDOMLY START BEEPING 3 TIMES WHILE SWITCHING BETWEEN BATTERY AND A/C. THEN EVERYTHING GOES BACK TO NORMAL, WHAT EVER THAT IS. I FEAR THE WORST.
