6 cup only making one cup

Question

I have had the 6 cup moka express for 3 years. all of a sudden it is only producing one cup and brews for almost 30 minutes. it seems as if the water is not able to come up to he top, however i've cleaned it several times and there are no blocks, and replaced the gasket. can you help? thank you. renee'
