  1. Were you sick before this point or is this all new? If it is all new you need to go to Emergency right away! You must not be feeling good at all girl! I get sick and puke but it starts from 6-7 weeks all the way til 5-6 months. I hope you feel better soon. Get checked out!

  2. First of all, see your doctor to make sure there isn't any complications.  Second, unless the doctor prescribes medicine, there's nothing you can take to help.  You might be getting overheated, which could explain the dizziness, hot flashes and difficulty sleeping.  Try to keep yourself cool; rather than ice water, drink room temperature water.  A natural remedy for nausea and vomiting is ginger; you can either take ginger, peel it, slice it into thin strips, pour hot water over it, let it cool, then drink that.  If you can't take the taste, try ginger pills at a health food store.  The spreading of your hips is your body's way of preparing for birth;  please consider massage.  There are massage therapists who specialize in massage for expectant mothers.  Another option is to try acupressure and acupuncture.  It's a good alternative, and can relieve the uncomfortableness you're experiencing.  It'll also help with sleeping.  Take care, and good luck.

  3. HELLO !!!!!!! YOU NEED A DOCTOR ....RIGHT AWAY

  4. First you need to drink more water, that is the source of your dizzy spells. You shouldn't be puking at this point. As for sleeping, try on one side with a body pillow under your belly and between your knees and another behind you. Play ocean sounds on a cd player to relax you, it doesn't hurt to play classical music either, studies indicate it is good for the development of your baby. If you find that you aren't sleeping due to the movement of your bundle, try laying down for an hour or so late in the evening prior to being ready for sleep yourself. Your baby is lulled to sleep all day long by your motion and will wake upon your sitting still. So if you sit/lay for a while and let the baby play him/herself out for a while they will sleep better when it is time for you to sleep! Hope this helps!
