Question:

6 moves to great abs? seventeen magazine!!?

in "seventeen" magazine, idk which month, there was a 6 moves to great abs thingy in the health section. you do each move for 1 minute and theres 6 moves. and i know the magazine is from this year. before june atleast. please help!! that workout worked so well for me. then i lost the magzine and sadly cant remember the workout :D

  1. its the may issue i believe or the july

    i have it too then lost it but i do remember some of the moves:

    1)THe dead bug

    get two 2lb weights and lay on your back with one arm up and one arm down and knees bent with the wieghts each in your hands. move left arm to right knee and remember to suck in your stomache while doing the workouts to get stronger,harder abs faster.then cross right arm to left knee and so on about 15 Reps.

    2)i dont remember what its called but  i remember the steps

    sit on a chair with a basketball or soccerball or a stack of books on the side of your feet.twist in your chair bringing both your legs up bringing them over the stack of books or ball left to right without letting your feet drop

    3)leaning over a table or desk that is a little bit taller than your waist lean over standing on the ball point of your toes.Place your hands together on the table your leaning against and place on of your feet on the side of your knee cap.Cross over left to right.

    20 reps

    and that's all i rememeber sadly
