Question:

6 pack.. have the first 2. now what?

I want to have a 6 pack before school starts. i have a tight stomach and the first 2 packs.. i need some exercises that i can do at home to get some great results. I am 13 and work out about 2ce a day. Any ideas or routines?

  1. Working outs fine but I don't know if I should tell you but you'll get shorter if you working out too much trust me. But if you must push ups if you hadn't already, weights of course are good. And maybe push around your bed or draws.


  2. interval training is good. what you should do is jog for a few minutes, then sprint for 30 seconds; and then repeat that
