  1. Sometimes the landlord went to court to get the eviction papers just in case you re-appeared and acted like you had never left.  That happens.  If the landlord was sure you were gone, she might have skipped the eviction and just re-rented the unit.  YOu would have your credit dinged but not have an eviction on your record. /

  4. No. And unless the landlord filed some legal action against you it shouldn't show up as a blemish on your credit report. However, if that landlord is contacted they might not recommend you, especially if you left owing money.

  5. You moved out by yourself rather than asked to move from a court order so it's not considered eviction. If the LL did not take you to court for any damages you made, then it probably doesn't show on your credit history.
