Hi im 16 years old andrecently joined a running club, ive never trained before and this is my first time doing anything like thisive now been training for about 5 weeks and was timed on three different races the other dayfor the 100m sprint i got 11 seconds flat60 metres i got 7.44400 metres i got 53 secondscould you please tell me what you think on these times but remember this is only 5 weeks training at 3 times a weekthanks in advance :D
