612-256-9958 Horrible Calls received?

Question

I happened to received well over 60 calls today alone from this one number and the person likes to play games with me and everything. But when my mother answers the phone, he asked her "Would you have s*x with me?" "I will not stop calling unless I get what I want out of you." I have contacted Verizon and they said that they can not trace or block the phone number as the number have no true origin of its call. Some say its originating out of Minnesota and others say its originating out of India. I have contacted the FCC and the FTC last week to report this incidents and they have yet to respond back to me.

This is crazy! Have you seen when a stranger calls sounds like there is someone playing jokes on you. I would call the police and see if there is anything that they could do. Or no try this call the phone company or have your mom call and tell them you want a different number or you will not need there service anymore..... But, make sure you tell them that you do- not want your new phone number in the phone book.

It is out of Minnesota, how can your company not know that, I just type the number into my sprint phone and it tells me. You can use a reverse directory to find it out too.

Ask your telco provide to block incoming calls from that number.

I know my provider Metro United will do it for free.
