63B (Light Weight Mechanic) Will I BCT & AIT @ Fort Jackson SC??

I am in Jacksonville Fl, I am trying to find out. I know I will AIT in Fort Jackson but will I BCT there aswell? Any help would be great. Thanks

To answer your question, It all depends on training seats availability. Their a good chance you'll do both BCT and AIT at Ft Jackson, but just be flexible.

My bother was a 63 Bravo and he did BCT and AIT at Jackson. The chances are very good I would say, nearly certain. The Army likes to send you to BCT at the closest station to your AIT generally. Most commo MOS' go to Jackson since AIT is at Gordon, it makes sense. (which the army does not always do)
