That's 32 square yards, so the least you can get away with is $20.80.  

If you are talking things that come in standard widths, like carpeting, you need to account for scrap edges too.  If you don't care how many seams you have, or where they appear, you probably can get away with just the 32 square yards.  If you want just one seam down the middle, then it's different.
