65 shelby mustang for 8500 is this a good deal?would you buy it ...?

i am going to buy a 65 fastback mustang with a 289 engine the owner tells me its a shelby how can i know this .....it has red interior , an auto tranny, blue engine well and carb cover with the 289 and race flags blue valve covers ...the rest of the paint is rust red........it has slots on the fastback not glass .....i cant find the vin ...the car turn on ....but has been sitting in aback yard for ten years it has grass up to half the car .......what is this car worth to you ...should i buy this car....

Dude it sounds like it is a little to expensive, but what the h**l!!! it's a mustang shelby!!! get it!
