*67 and *69?

ohk,,well there is some black dude that spray painted his hair blond today,,he calls about 7 ppl concluding me..and sing a song about <<derotos>> he used *67 and im just wondering,. i dial *69 and i thought it would call the dude back and it doesnt,, any tricks??

I am assuming that you are in the US and that the 67 and 69 is similar to our 141 to block your number and 1471 to obtain the last number called.

I think that if the person blocks their number, there is no way of getting back to them.
