  1. Based on the year of your aircraft it was certified under the Civil Air Regulations (CAR-3) and not Part 23.   This is important because your aircraft was built to specifications and drawing and what you are looking for is on the drawings.  The drawings and specifications, and a listing of those drawings and specifications, are necessary to define the configuration and the design features of the product shown to comply with the requirements of CAR-3.  Reference Part 21.31. Type Design.

You can contact Cessna product tech support at: 316-517-5800 and request a drawing showing the parts.  Keep in mind it may not be free.  If your parts manual (IPM) does not show the parts it is best to contact tech support to get the current drawing listing the parts.

Also keep in mind since you didn’t mention it they are several models of CE-150 from A to K and each model is different and only the drawing and specification will show the difference.  However all CE-150 came the 100hp Cont. o-2000-A engine.  I assume you probely have model 150K, 2 PCL-SM (Utility Category), Approved June 5, 1969.

The Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) for the CE-150 is 3A19 and can be found at http://www.faa.gov go to Type Certificate Data Sheet and type in 3A19 it will come up.
