It is said that he was only in Isis for 10 minutes dropping off tickets to a mate and was sober, if this is true, is it harsh???????

OR

Was there a "bedtime" curfew?

Just want your opinion please!

  1. if it was jonny boy would he have dropped him, no of course not so personally yes a bit harsh.

  2. Ashton is a fool. An old fool not able to get the best out of his players. Curfews, and "setting examples"  are so old school it's not funny.

When did the press start selecting national teams ?

    Old fool.

  3. ARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!! All faith in BA is now lost, how can you possibly drop someone from the starting XV for being sober and awake at 0015! Hes done nothing wrong! And worse of all, guess who's back starting at 15... BLOODY BALSHAW!, i thought BA must have realised how truly poo he was to drop him in place of Cipriani, but now hes booted Cips and put Balshaw back! IS MATTHEW TAIT THE INVISIBLE MAN IN THE ENGLAND CAMP!?!?!?! I don't normally get this worked up, but i really hate balshaw (and now Brian Ashton) and happen to like Cipriani and Tait... one last thing GO SCOTLAND! We'll see how long BAs 'indefinite' contact lasts then eh?.

  4. with balshaw...englands deffinatly not winning the tourney

  5. He knew the rules, for whatever reason he broke them, he is now paying the price.

Bet he doesnt do that again

  6. It doesn't matter what Cipriani's story is, he knew he wasn't allowed to be there and he still went.  It's a good way to send a message to the rest of the squad.

  7. To be honest, i couldnt care less if Cipriani is out of the team. He has underperformed in the comp compared to the player he is trying to replace

  8. Well Ashton was probably making him an example so that other players wouldn't misbehave...

  9. I think there must have been a curfew and cos Cipriani was spotted by the (ugly tabloid) press , leaving the club,  Ashton was put on the spot and had to be seen to make a stand !!

Edit- and no, I don't think Ashton spoke to him before he dropped him! Bet he got a text! Lol!

  10. Probably a bit to harsh !!

But I think Ashton wants to nip this sort of thing in the bud and made an example so we don't go down the same road as the Puffball players we see falling out of nightclubs !

  11. To harsh, had he been on the lash ,then yeah he would of got what he deserved but the ban was out of order.Me thinks brian ashton and balshaw have some kind of love pact going on !!!!! would not mind if balshaw was on form, but not seen him play well for england in the six nations tournament whatsoever.Hope this stupid decision does  not come back to bite him.

  12. We can only guess if there was a discussion, but it would be an outrage if there wasn't.

It probably was a harsh, but necessary decision.
