  1. Don't ask, I'm confused........RE:BETHESDA!

yeah, he has confused me now.......is it me or the red wine????????

    Come on WALES!

  2. Betheseda - something wrong with your answer I think!

Wales will beat France, italy will beat Scotland (unfortunately)

  3. Ireland will win (England are playing utter rubbish and Ashton should go)!!!!!!  Italy will win (but I wish it was Scotland)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wales will definitely win!!!!!!!!!!!! (Be a very hard game though as Lievremont is playing his strongest , minus Rougerie)

  4. Wales will definitely win the Grand Slam, but it'll be a closely-fought match and will come right down to the wire.

Italy will scrape past Scotland, but I think on penalties and no tries, as they just can't seem to create attacking chances for themselves.

England will scrape a victory over Ireland but both coaches will be gone in a month!

  5. Bethedsa

How will Wales "take the Slam but not the match"? The "Grand Slam" is when one team beats all others. Moron

  6. Convinced that wales will take the slam, but maybe not the match.

  7. Wales for the Grand Slam. You cant begrudge them that after some of the rugby they have been playing.

    Scotland for the wooden spoon

I feel like Im gonna be sitting down to watch a funeral when England vs Ireland kicks off. Im not confident. Ireland always up their game when they play us and we are rubbish at the moment.

England to finally come good says my heart.

Ireland to win says my head.

Ah well, there is always next year

  8. Well I've spent all the championship being reserved and its done us good !!! So ...............

E O S will be getting his P45 tho All us True Welshies would love to see England get done,

If the Azzuri can cut out the ill-discipline Scotland won't be able to rely on the boot!!

This has to be (on paper) Our hardest game and was always going to be as soon as you saw the fixtures!!!

Granted we're at home but we both like to sling it out wide and play the running game.

I'd like to think our back row can secure more ball than the French and Our backs will always look dangerous given good ball.

  9. Right, start with the wooden spoon. Scotland have to be considered favourites, not only for beating the English last w/e, but also for winning the last match between these two (RWC pool match). As long as the Scots don't get over-complacent, or even a touch arrogant, (and Patterson doesn't get injured), they should walk away reasonably comfortably with the 'W', and they joy of losing the least coveted 'trophy' in the tournament. England and Ireland have been struggling to find any form of consistency what so ever this 6N's, however the introduction of Cipriani at 10 might be what the English need, maybe not. Twickenham is something of a fortress for England... at least it was prior to the tournament :P, so I'll go with the English winning by less than seven... possibly less than three. Wales vs France... Hook's starting at 10, it's at the Millennium Stadium, Gatland's a genius, and the French have an absolute tn of pressure on them; which could lead to errors. Wales by 8, hello Grand Slam!

  10. pretty sure bethasda meant wales will win the championship but not the match.

Steven Jones last minute penalty to lose by 18 maybe?

  11. Scotland wooden spoon.

    Wales Grand Slam.

EOS and Ashton for P45s, although I can see Ireland keeping EOS on as they've only just given him a new contract.

  12. Scotland will beat Italy but probably don't deserve to. If the Italians get fired up and have a good dose of white line fever, Scotland will not be able to kick their way home - and will deservedly lose.

England should just squeak past Ireland - Ireland have too many problems and no leadership on or off the pitch.

The poodle and the dragon? Mmm, no real home ground advantage for the Welsh - France have a pretty good record at MS. The Taffy supporters will have to get behind their boys and sing their lungs out. The thing about the French is that the old guard have pretty much been asked to prove that they can keep their test jumpers - it's a case of perform or say bye bye.

I think Wales can win the tournament, and that is enough. Forget the grand slam. Concentrate on the defence. Hold them to under 19 points with no tries and the 6 nations is yours. I don't think it will be an exciting, expansive game - and those old guard poodle mongrels are the masters of professional fouls. The Ref is going to earn his money.

Go hard Wales, there won't be many Kiwis backing the poodle - please punish them!

  13. England will beat the Irish.

O'Connel isn't fit enough yet and they have no BOD.

Scotland will beat Italy if they play like they can and don't kick everything away.

Wales France is tough, I think the home advantage will give Wales enough advantage to win.
