  1. concerta will solve all of your problems the only draw back is the appetite suppresing but if you take it on a full stomach its fine. for the iep's tell them you need her to be able to leave the class for breaks if she feels unable to sit or something so she can get all hyperness undercontrol

  2. When you write goals think about what her weaknesses are and what specifically you'd like to see change.  For example, if she's curretnly reading at the 3rd grade level and you'd like to see that go up a reasonable goal would be:  Susan will read at the 4th grade level as tested by the WRAT reading level test.  If you're concerned with her ability to sit still or focus and she currently is unable to do that for longer than five minutes, a reasonable goal is:  Susan will sit for 20 minutes of class time without leaving her seat as measured by an observation rubric of five minute intervals.  Obviously, the actual goal would depend on the school, your child, etc.. and these are just examples.  In simple terms, think of where she's at and where you'd reasonably like her to be at the end of the year in any area.
