6th pay commission salary.?

Question

I was working in a government hospital on a contract basis for 1 year as a junior doctor and my tenure is over, so the question is will i get the benefit of the pay commission..and if yes how much arrears will i get as my basic pay scale was 8000-250-1300 something like that and i was getting around 23000 per month with all add ons.
