7 by 7 magic square?

Question

This magic square is very confusing so how do I solve it?

I have 46, 1, 2, 3, 42, 41, 40 at the top.

Also the 3 by 3 square inside of it is

28, 21, 26

23, 25, 27

24, 29, 22

It's one of the variations of the Border Square: a Magic Square that remains magic when its borders are removed. Remove the border of the 7x7 square and the 5x5 is magice as well, continue and so is the 3x3. I don't know how to solve your question. I recognized the square.
