7 day thermostat for multiple baseboard heaters

Question

I am looking for a 7 day thermostat that will control multiple baseboard heaters without having the thermostat inline with the heaters. Are there any heaters with a solid state relay or some way to control on-off without carrying the full electric load through the thermostat?
