  1. if you are on your feet, then take a break each hour if you can.  your feet need a rest.  i'm sure you have comfortable shoes already, just resting or elevating your feet will help.

  2. what my mom does is get a buckt and fill it up with warm water and leave your feet  in  there hope i help

  3. right, warm basin of water, feet in cup of tea, relax. Never wear new shoes on a first day at work, remeber you are pregnant and your employers need to be sympatheic to this case, so, when your basin wanter is getting colder, take a warm tawol from the radiator, wrap feet, moisturise, and go to bed and sleep! Hope this helps hun!

  4. Hi, I am sorry to hear about your feet. I read your advice from others and also wanted to mention the most important thing to remember about swollen feet..elevate them! Fluid is accumulating and you need to raise them every chance you get. On your lunch break, whenever you can steal a few minutes. It will give instant relief! You should look for a desk job or child care from your home! Anyways...Good luck!

  5. Your putting a lot of strain on your feet.If you have another 8hr shift coming up,your going to be in more pain.Let your supervisor know the situation and try to take a 10min break every hour.If not,you will also start to experience back pain.
