7 positives, light bleeding, 3 negatives?

Question

Heres the deal.....

On birth control for 2 years, period July 15th (off birth control), negative pregnancy tests August 7/8, positive tests Aug 11-17, light bleeding Aug 18-22, negative tests Aug 22-29. I called the doctor and they said they dont know what happened but dont need to see me and to keep trying. I asked if they think I had a miscarriage but they didnt really answer me, she was assuming the egg didnt attach right but didnt necessarily think I had a miscarriage. I am very confused and dont know how to feel because I am not sure what happened. We are continuing to try now, but I cant get it out of my mind what happened. Any tips or advice is appreciated. Thanks!

It was probably what they call a chemical pregnancy.  Sorry about that.  :(  I had that happen twice a few years ago.

This is called a chemical pregnancy. Your MD should want to see you! It's very odd they didn't want you to come in.

Call them again and TELL THEM YOU NEED TO BE SEEN. It's important to make sure nothing is wrong with yourself.

The bright side: You can conceive! Hang in there.. but call your MD again. They need to see you and do an ultrasound to make sure you aren't or are pregnant!

I don't agree with your doctor I think you should have been seen by him

I would find another doctor and tell him exactly what happen good luck to you and I hope you get some answers and God bless you

thats strange.  i've never heard of that before.  but the best advice i can give you is to try and have a blood test done to see if you are pregnant.  demand one if you need to.  good luck TTC, lots of baby dust to you!

It sounds as if you had a fertilized egg, and when it got to the uterus, it failed to implant.  This happens quite a lot, but most women don't test that much and never realize that an egg was fertilized.  Good luck next time:)

IT HAPPENDS....U WERE PROBABLY IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING PREGNANT AND FOR SOME REASON OR ANOTHER UR BODY REJECTED IT.....SORRY...GOODLUCK IN THE FUTURE :)
