7 week 5 day pregnancy with 90 HR....scared.?

Good evening all. I am beyond stressed. We became immediately pregnant as soon as we made our first attempt. So thrilled until last Sunday. I had some bleeding. I went to the ER and was diagnosed with a Subchorionic Hemorrhage, but the baby was present and my cervix had not opened. I followed up on Wed. with my doctor. (never dreamed our first appointment would be under these circumstances). The doctor said the hemorrhage was no longer the issue. The issue was that my baby's heart rate was 90 at 7 weeks and 5 days. He would have liked to seen it at, at least 130.

It is now Sat. and I do not go back to the doctor until Wed. The "title" of my appointment is "check viability". Which scares me. Oh, I have had no more bleeding since the ER visit. I do have a tender spot near my left ovary, but my mom told me it could be growing pains. My nausea is stronger than ever so I am hoping that is a good sign of continued pregnancy. Any words of advice?

  1. No advice but my thoughts & prayers are w/ you

  2. I had bleeding when I was around 15 weeks and went through about the same situation.  I was scared out of my mind for almost 4 days, not knowing, if my baby was gong to be okay.  Hopefully yours turns out like mine.  My daughter is now almost 5 years old, and driving her Mommy crazy like she is suppose to be.

My best advice is this, TAKE IT EASY.  No lifting, No exercise, No activities that would cause you to strain yourself.  Something else my sister (an RN) told me when you have a bowel movement, don't push, let it come on it's own, it will cause less stress on your baby.

Something else my aunt told me (had several miscarriages), is about your b*****s if they are still tender, then that's a good sign.

The nausea IMO, would be morning sickness, but I don't know if a miscarriage could also cause it.  I know when I went through ordeal, I didn't have it, but again I don't know.

My prayers are with you and your husband, hang in there and try not to stress yourself out, because that could cause the baby's heartrate to be lower also.  Just relax and take it easy.  Good Luck..

  3. Stay rested have your family and friends to pray for you and the baby. The power of prayer is ever present. Call local churches and ask to put  you both on the prayer chain. I will do this at our  Church. Take peace in knowing God hears all things, big and small. Keep Praying I will. Dear Heavenly Father Thank You for all you do for us everyday If it be your will take into your arms both mother and child keeping them safe while they wait for the birth to come, Lord Jesus we know that you can do all things for those who ask if it is your will and we do  ask this in your name. Amen.
