70s/80s Helicopter toy/game?

Hi, I'm trying to remember the name of a toy/game that I had back in the late 70's early 80's. It was a helicopter that was attached to a central base by an arm. The base had scenery with holes/cups and the idea was to drop something into the holes/cups. The base was circular and rotated fairly slowly, you could move the helicopter back and forth and I think it had a "sight" where you could see the upcoming cups/holes.

Any ideas?
