72-hours in Derry - Friday Lunchtime til Monday - What ya gonna do?

Question

I'm planning on a weekend to Derry Ciry (N. Ireland).

Can anyone give me some insider knowledge on what to do and see?

I thoroughly enjoyed the Free Derry Museum, and the Free Derry walk. It really helped me to understand the history of Derry/Londonderry. Definitely worth checking out in my opinion.

Am from NI. If your staying in Derry or Londonderry depending what area you are staying in you could visit the walls of Derry which still holds the old canons. You could take the city tour bus which would tour the Bogside and Waterside showing you where a lot of the troubles in Derry would have happened. Also you could visit Bushmills outside Coleraine which is the oldest wiskey maker in the world. The Giants Causeway is close to Bushmills which is worth a view - nothing like it.

Weather is wet now and cold at night to warm clothes.
