7300GT 512MB with the sims 2?

ok here are my specs

memory : 1Gb

Processor: Intel(r) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.00 GHz

Operating system : Windows xp

direct version : 10.0

graphics card : 7300GT 512MB

sound card: Intel(r) Intergrated Audio

Do you think it will run fast because i want it to play on high settings or do you think i should get a new card and which?

What Mike said... you desperately need more RAM... the VGA should perform ok.

Also i would suggest overclocking the CPU to get some more juice out of it... it's a P4 after all, it's a sin not to oc them :D

PS How come you have Direct(X) 10 on XP? o_O

IF YOU ARE ONLY GOING TO PLAY THE SIMS 2 THEN STICK WITH THE 7300GT BECAUSE IT WILL HANDLE THE SIMS 2 ALL HIGH WITH ABSOLOUTE EASE

IF YOU ARE GOING TO PLAY NEWER GAMES THEN UPGRADE BUT IF NOT THEN DONT BOTHER
