75 Meter Hurdles fast time?

what's a fast time, im in seventh grade, i really should be better at hurdles, i can get over, but im just getting comfortable sprinting with them.

i go a 15.00.

if that is slow is there anything you suggest that i do?

who runs 75 meter hurdles? the distance is normally 100m for girls and 110m for men.  as for your time, freshman girls at my school can get around 16 for 100m hurdles but you are still in 7th grade so you arent that bad, especially as there isn't normally much training for hurdles at that age

my 9th grade time in the 65m hurdles was 9.9.  if i add a second to that it's 10.9 for the extra 10 meters.  your time isn't too bad because most of the girls i coach do 17's in the 100m hurdles in high school.  do you 3 or 4 or 5 step?

this is the first time i've heard of the 75m hurdles since all the 6 years that i've been hurdling.  but it's nice that you're hurdling early.
