Im curious on peoples views about the structural strength of box 75mm x 40mm x3mm wall thickness shs ,rhs not sure which abreviation it is lol

whats your views on this steel its limits as such with bracing or crossmembers every 600mm centres

boxes have 3 dimensions plus a thickness, you have given up only 2.

What kind of steel, What kind of bracing?

How can you have cross-members every 600 mm in a box that is only 75 mm?
