78 honda cb750f help with carbs cannot get to pull gas ?

Question

have cleaned the carbs has fuel in the bowl if i spray starting fluid in it starts for a min till thats all gone then dies gas is on the front is im guessing the choke has place for a cable but none should it be closed, open , or half way help

Check the fuel bowl float levels. Hold the bowl upside down, the bowl should drop to even with the rim of the bowl.

Do you have a choke cable from the lever connected to the choketransfer that hooks 4 cables to the lever?

choke = closed for cold start, open otherwise.

if by "cleaned the carbs" you mean anything other than disassembled & soaked overnight in carb cleaner, the jets might still be gummed up.
