  1. it can get serious but are you keeping yourself well hydrated? that is  #1 you don't want to get dehydrated  is there on on call doctor if not maybe you should go to the er good luck hope you feel better soon

  2. if you think you are sick and your doc is on vacation do to a walkin or hospital clinic there is medication u can take while you are pregnant and it is not good to be throwing up for 5 days straight either some ppl just dont know what they are talking about the less u puke the more nutrients the baby is getting if you are that worried go to a hospital or walkin clinic it may cost some money but what is more inportant the health of your child or a bit of money to make sure everything is ok

  3. its okay im 19 years old and 35 weeks pregnant with my first & when i was about 27 or 26 weeks/7 months pregnant i got really sick also it was like the Flu or something but dont worry it will go away eventually if you think its that serious just go to the doctors but i think your fine sounds like the same thing i went through or maybe i got worse! but dont worry about it Good Luck on the baby! :)

  4. Well you can't really do anything about it if you're sick, right?

I wouldn't worry about it, you're later in your pregnancy and your immune system gets weaker then.

I'm 33 weeks now and have had a cold for the last 2 weeks, but believe me my baby is growing just fine!

In fact my last appt was yesterday and dr is concerened that my baby is too big.

So, call your Dr. and see if there's anything they can do to help you along your sickness, but meanwhile don't worry about it. You and your baby will be fine!

  5. then go to another one. doesnt mean ull stay with them but if youre thar worried go get checked out

  6. well it depends what sickness you have

if ur throwin up its natrual

  7. its okay to get sick late in your pregnancy. i did there is nothing wrong

  8. get a flu shot. i heard its good to get the shot when you're pregnant and the good thing is you can get at any time.

  9. i got really sick in the 8th month of my 1st pregnancy for just over a week, didn't eat much food just had heaps of water and i had a 7lb 8oz healthy baby girl. So i don't think so as long as you keep fluids up so you don't get dehydrated and try to eat abit here and there when you can just try to get better.

  10. You didn't say what your symptoms are. If you have a cold, just try to stay hydrated and keep the air you're breathing moist.  If you're having stomach problems and you've got a fever, you should go to an urgent care center or somewhere that they can check on things with the baby to make sure everything is okay.

I had colds during my pregnancies, and they didn't hurt anything -- were just annoying and tired me out.  With one pregnancy I had the flu and got so dehydrated that I had to go to the emergency room and get fluids intravenously.  Still didn't hurt the baby....
