I have really no clues in converting the time like,GMT,EST.. Anywyz i wanna know wat time would be 7pm EST to the time here in the philippines(S.E. Asia.. ) tanx..

There's a 12 hour difference between EST and Manila. 7pm EST is 7am in Manila.
