  1. Sometimes it takes your body time to get used to the changes. If you go on webmd.com and type in symptoms of pregnancy, you will see lower backache, nausea, etc.

  2. It's hard to answer that question without seeing you, but I'll take a stab at it.  From observing my wife these last 2 pregnancies, she gets a little pain around the same time as you - mostly in the back and hip region.  It goes away by the end of the first tri-mester.

The reason being you are growing inside and there's a lot of pressure on your organs, bones and tissues.  It all has to make room for the uterus and baby.

Don't worry, you'll be fine.  Have you read "What to Expect when Expecting"?  It's a good reference for these things.  Also WebMD has a lot of cool tips and a search engine for asking these kinds of questions.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, by the way!  :)

  3. oh yea thats normal its like your lower back is supporting the new weight of your uterous and such and your sides im not sure but im 11 weeks and i always feel pain in those areas

  4. I'm not sure how normal it is, but I'm 9 weeks pregnant and I have the same kind of pains. I thought maybe it was from the way I slept but I get them all the time.

Best thing to do is discuss it with your OB, they'll be able to give you the right answers. :)

    Good luck and congratulations
