  1. sounds like a good plan....but you actually SHOULD snack in between meals.  by not eating, your brain is telling your body to shut down its metabolism to conserve energy (calories)...but if you constantly feed your body, that metabolism will be running all day...make sure you snack healthily too...i.e. fruits and veggies....aim for 5-6 small meals a day

  2. that doesnt seem like enough carlories since u are doing 30-40 mintues of exercise daily but i dont know..

  3. The only plan I know works for sure is the one listed below, you can sign up for a free guide that will really help you to lose the weight its fantastic.

  4. Sounds like a good diet to me.

  5. yes you will lose 8-10 pounds. you will be eating healthy food and low in calories.

(you can also  try 100 calories snacks (oreo/popcorn) they have in the supermarkets, they may not be healthy but are low in calories)  its ok to have these once in a while cause you will be eating protein, fruits and vegetables everyday anyway.

    good luck!

  6. That seems like a reasonable amount, if you lost 2 pounds a week in a month it would be 8 pounds, you should really try to aim to balance your calorie intake with your activity, Never deprive yourself of food if your hungry eat, simple as, Fruit smoothies can be bad for you because it takes longer to eat an apple than a smoothie which has several pieces of fruit and fruit contains fructose- a type of sugar and all sugar is bad in excess. if you feel like you need a bit more help email me because I have my health coach on DS and that is really good, I mean I ate a tub of Ben & Jerry's and I had still lost 0.6lbs in a day! So email me if you want me to give you more tips =D
