Yes, once the white all disappears in the hole and you are on a bar table it will come back!.....that is the best I can do with this confusing question.

Put low english on it, but not too low, or you'll jump it. Have a nice smooth follow through on you stroke and it should come back nice, practice a lot though, to learn control.

you dont have to hit it low for it to come back, it's all in the wrist.  when you hit the Q-ball snap your wrist back and the ball will roll back no matter where you hit the q-ball

hit low on the cue ball an you can get a little "english" to spin the ball backwards
