8 hours Florida traffic school course is made for traffic ticket dismissal or what?

I want to dismiss traffic ticket from my driving record. I was going through some online source but got confused with the information they provide. There are 2 courses are available one is 4 hours course and another one is 8 hours course. Can any one help me which course I need to do for traffic ticket dismissal.

If you have a Florida Driver's license OR you received a ticket in Florida, then the 4 Hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI & TCAC) course is for you!

By taking the class, you are eligible for an 18% fine reduction (civil penalty only), no points on your record for the current violation, no insurance increases as long as there is no accident associated with the ticket (statute 318.14 (9)), and your safe driver status will be maintained.

You can choose to attend a driver improvement course once in any 12-month period and no more than five times in your lifetime.

If the court or a judge has ordered you to take a traffic class, then the Florida 8 Hour Judge Ordered course is for you! Simply register for the course and start immediately.

So if the judge ordered you to take it then you will need the 8 hour one and if not then you just need the 4 hour one.

Florida 8-Hour Traffic School: This 8-hour Florida traffic school course is offered to Florida drivers who have already taken the 4-hour traffic ticket course within the last twelve months. If the court has ordered to take a traffic school course, then you are eligible to take the Florida 8 Hour Court Ordered traffic school course.

So I will be suggest you to check with your Florida state Court, to verify if they allow you to take 8-hour traffic school course option for a second offense within a 12 month period.
