8 month old budgie's gender?

at first they told us it was a he (Fiyero) and than a she (Glinda).

he has a:

purple cere

blue and white body with black stripes on head

any questions can be answered.

do you think it's a male or female? Why?

its a boy if the top of the beek is blue and if its purply pink colur its a girl .

Where the nostrils are thats called a cere. If its tan, pink, or beige, its a female. Blue or purple its a male.
