8 weeks pregnant and had Lasik in June?

My husband and I were not planning on becoming pregnant until early next year. I had Lasik done the beginning of June and was told not to get pregnant for 6 months. I am just wondering if anyone else has had Lasik and gotten pregnant within the 6 months and if there were any complications? I have not noticed any difference in my vision and my eyes feel great. I haven't called my eye doctor yet because I want to see my OB-GYN to make sure everything is okay.

Many patients also receive mild sedatives as a calming agent during laser eye surgery. As a result of entering the bloodstream, your baby will be exposed to these medications.

i didn't have the lasik but i would wait till your OBGYN appt....
