8 weeks pregnant and subchorionic hematoma...?

So i was sitting down and I started bleeding. I went to the hospital and they checked me but they couldn't do anything! they told me the cervix was closed and to not lift anything and to call my doctor or try to get an ultrasound as soon as possible! So yesterday i did, i went there and asked to have an ultrasound which they did and they found a little subchorionic hematoma (3.2 cm) between the decidual reaction and the cervix...

now, he said that it might not be dangerous for the baby and not to worry but he also told me it wasn't normal...so i'm really confused, is it dangerous for my baby? i saw my baby on the ultrasound and his heart is beating just fine but i still worry..? anybody had that and could tell me if a need to rest or something? he didn't tell me anything!!!

how long does it take for a hemotoma to go away? What if it's a big one?

i have the same case with you.. my ob told me not to lift anything, no intercourse, just bedrest and 2 tablets a day of duphaston.. if you have a spotting, you can take 3 to 4 tabs a day. thats what my ob say.. it  doesn't affect the baby.
