  1. Well, we can't vet. Sort out the money situation, the cat needs to see a vet and there are none on here.

What were you expecting to get from here? An actual diagnosis on what's going on? Treatment suggestions? WHEN will people on here learn not to ask medical questions???

  2. Try a different dry food or wet food in cans. it sounds like she likes moist food rather then dry.

  3. It could be any number of issues, thyroid disorder to parasites.   She really does need to be looked at only a vet will be able to make the proper diagnosis.

  4. I've got a Indiana pet supply store that has helpful advice on cat food. Try dropping in on a pet supply store in Missouri and talk to the staff. http://www.locatepizza.com/Missouri-Pizz... Most pet supply store employees are happy to answer any questions.

  5. she needs to see a vet. Could be thyroid problems, diabetes or a number of things. All need to be treated.

  6. Call the local humane society - they may be able to hook you up with a low-cost veterinary clinic.  Because there are no two ways about this: that cat needs veterinary care, and needed it two and a half months ago.  The first thing that comes to mind is hyperthyroidism, but that is not the only possibility.
