80's nights in Dublin ?

Question

I'm turning 30 in April and want to keep everyone happy by having a night out in club that does an 80's night. Preferably on a saturday night but friday will work too

Go somewhere like spirit? i think they have loads of different music on .. to suit everyone... or i think TIME in Naas has an 80's room too... but time is great.. hire a mini bus and go out to naas and get it to pick you back up!

'Time' in Naas is rubbish too, I wouldn't go near the place again, I was chatted up by an 'older' man there, he was only 24!!!!!

Kennedy's in Westland  Row(near the Dental hospital)   do an 80s night, but its a bit of kip!

Sarah are you off your rocker??! Maggie do not go to Spirit for your 30th especially if you're looking for an "80"s night! My boyfriend is 27 and he says he feels "too old" in Spirit. It is a much younger crowd with a lot of eastern europeans the last time I was there,  and it's fairly hardcore Dance music. Nothing chart. If your friends are all near enough 30 they mostly won't enjoy Spirit. I remember in the bathrooms one night these two were talking about "God, what does she *think* she looks like?" "Yeah, I know, I wouldn't have come if I knew it was gonna be 'Grandmas Night'" and the woman they were talking about wasn't really that old. She wouldn't have been a grandma anyway.
