80 Honda C70 motorbike. Rt rear indic. bulb illuminates but won't flash, left one is fine. Any suggestions?

The rt rear bulb may flash once then nothing only it stays lit without flashing. The left front and rear inciators are fine. I changed the right rear bulb with a new one, however still it won't flash. My 80 honda C70 motorcycle is a 6V and I used a 6V single contact new bulb. Can you help??

The spring inside of the socket could be weak and the terminal is not making a good connection.

Or the ground in the socket is not making a good connection.

Unplug the turn signal and jump the wires directly to a bulb to check.
