800 meter/ 400 meter scholarship?

male sophmore in ala 2:17 and 55 yes i konw these arent schloraship times just need to konw where i need to be also list a few DECENT schools around the southeast thanks

400 Sub 50-52

I am just guessing though

Your 800 is better than mine and I am a junior I run a 2:27(I know it is bad)

Your 400 isnt too bad although you should get it down more a little and your 800 should be gettign closer to 2:00 flat to be even recognized probably.  I dont know much but this is what I would expect

Track is very competitive for scholarships.  You'll need a time on the first two pages of these lists, i.e. :49 or better or 1:56 or better.  See
